Disability History Month & the Sovereign Health Care Awards are back for 2018!

As part of this year’s Bradford & District Disability History Month 2018 event, which will be held on Thursday 6th December, 10am – 4pm at Mercure Bradford, Bankfield Hotel, Bingley, the Bradford & District Disabled People’s Forum (BDPF) in conjunction with Sovereign Health Care will be hosting the Sovereign Health Care Awards for a second year and we want your nominations!

There are five categories:

1. Best Practice in Employment of Disabled People

2. Made a Difference Award

3. Health and Wellbeing Award

4. Organistions or Community Groups – Made a Difference Award

5. Disabled Person of the Year Award

The winners of the Sovereign Health Care Award 2018, will be announced at 2pm on Thursday 6th December 2018, at the Bradford & District Disability History Month 2018 Event at the Mercure Bradford, Bankfield Hotel, Bingley.
