Meditation to reduce anxiety

We have two unmissable, FREE, meditation courses coming to Manningham Wellbeing Hub courtesy of Naturally Rose Tinted!

This is a free course to anyone interested, with a focus on reducing anxiety.

All you will need for the course is a mat, blanket, cushion, and a notebook. We also recommend you wear comfortable clothing.

Two half day sessions;

  • 16th & 23th January – 13:00 to 16:30
  • 6th & 13th February – 13:00 to 16:30
