COPe Carers Outreach Project
The COPe Carers Outreach Project offers dedicated support for unpaid carers and the people they care for, providing a safe and welcoming space to focus on wellbeing. Caring for someone can be both fulfilling and challenging, and this project is here to help both carers and the cared for take a well-deserved break.
Through friendly social groups, COPe gives carers and the people they support the chance to connect with others who share similar experiences. It’s a place to talk, unwind, and take part in enjoyable activities that bring a sense of joy and relief from everyday pressures.
To find out more or to locate your nearest group, please call 01274 594173 and select option 7.
