Careers at Equality Together
Equality Together started in 1979 as a group of 5 volunteers (Action Group for Disabled People) who, fed up of being discriminated against, united together to help educate and provide a platform for other disabled people in their communities.
We fight tirelessly for some of the most marginalised and deprived people in society, always striving to find a positive outcome in areas which may have previously seemed perilous and bleak. We work with people with complex disabilities and last year 35% of our service users were from Black and Mixed Ethnicity communities.
We believe everybody, regardless of any impairment or social status, should have the exact same access to and quality of life, that’s why we support the social model of disability and why our main objective is to support people to improve their lives by challenging disabling barriers.
If you share our vision, mission and values, take a look below at our current vacancies. Here you will be able to download an application pack. If you have any trouble downloading a pack, please email enquiry@equalitytogether.org.uk – we do not accept C.V applications.
