We now have a Live Chat facility on our website where staff can answer your queries.
Please bear with us if we are not able to respond straight away.
We will continue to deliver support services in relation to: –
- Complex Needs Welfare Advice (Benefits)
- Non-Statutory Self Advocacy (Information, Advice & Support)
- Independent Living (Aids, Adaptations and Equipment)
Staff (which may be reduced) and will be primarily delivering support remotely to continue the delivery of the services highlighted above, support will be by telephone, email or digital platforms.

First Contact & Triage (Telephone Advice)
We will extend our telephone advice lines, ensuring access out of normal office hours also and will be delivering telephone advice, support and assistance by calling 01274 594173
- Monday & Tuesday: 09.30 until 13.00
- Wednesday: 14.00 until 18.00
Plus using digital platforms such as Web Chat, Skype & WhatsApp.

Appointments (all our services)
We shall not be operating Face-to-Face appointments as from Monday 23rd March 2020, all forms of advice, support and assistance are as highlighted above.
