A poem for these times by our old friend Sonia

Look out for each other in this tough time

Open your windows and doors for some air

Contact by phone or email only not in person

Key point is to stay home and save lives

Don’t worry think positive this shall soon pass

Once this virus is over things will be back to normal

Wash your hands regularly

Need to try and stop this from spreading
