Here to Help

We support and help people with disabilities, carers and their families to find appropriate solutions to a broad range of issues which affect their lives. The following is not a complete list of the areas in which we can help and should you require assistance for anything which is not given here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Free and impartial advice…

We offer help to disabled people, their families and carers, including people with physical health conditions, mental health issues, learning disabilities/difficulties, sensory needs and older people. Services include all areas of disability and carer-related advice:

  • Social care options
  • Travel (including bus passes and Blue Badge applications)
  • Parking
  • Education
  • Leisure
  • Housing
  • Finances
  • Links to local groups

We can also direct you to shopping, gardening and cleaning services.

At Equality Together, we offer free information and advice. It’s always impartial and independent and all information given is treated confidentially.

We offer the following benefits advice to disabled people, their families and carers, anyone with mental health problems and those who are sick and unable to work.
